Quintain deputy CEO Nick Shattock moving on

Quintain Estates and Development plc said its deputy CEO Nick Shattock has resigned from the board and will leave the company on June 30 to pursue new opportunities.

Shattock, who joined in 1995, has had overall responsibility for the company’s urban regeneration business, including the Wembley City and Greenwich Peninsula schemes.

He said, ‘We are now at a stage where the transformation of both sites is under way and it is the right moment for me to investigate broader opportunities in the market.’

Adrian Wyatt, Quintain’s CEO, will now lead its urban regeneration activities, with group FD Rebecca Worthington for the time being taking over day-to-day responsibility for its interest at Greenwich Peninsula.
