Jimmy’s World Bar & Grill will be re-opening as JRC Global Buffet in Spring 2018, under new management.
Jimmy’s was forced to close its Wembley Branch earlier this year in June as a result of owing unpaid business rates to the local authority.
The Caterer reports that Brent Council have refused to disclose how much Jimmy’s owes them. However, other local authorities from around the UK have disclosed this information:
Jimmy’s owes:
• Bath and North East Somerset Council, £114,000
• Brighton & Hove City Council, £200,000
• Peterborough City Council, £95,000
• Spelthorne Borough Council, £40,000
• Watford Borough Council, £101,000
The beloved buffet in Wembley suddenly closed without notifying its loyal customers. Scores of people took to Twitter, to find out what happened?
