North west London start-up hub

Wembley Park has ambitions to attract start-ups away from Croydon (south) and Stratford (east).

Tech companies are already moving to north and west of London such as Google. The tech giant is relocating it’s HQ from Victoria to King’s Cross, which is just 20 minutes from Wembley Park.

The well-connected location also boasts fast broadband speeds
being the “fastest domestically connected area in the UK.”

Wembley Park developer Quintain, has also just been taken over by Texan private equity raider for £745m, which could add resource to increase project delivery.
