Las Iguanas announced new occupant at London Designer Outlet

Quintain Estates and Development (‘Quintain’) has
announced today Latin American restaurant chain Las Iguanas has signed at London Designer Outlet (LDO), Wembley. Las Iguanas will open its 30th UK restaurant at Wembley. The

independent Bristolbased chain has signed a 20 year lease for 4590 sq ft and is due to open in 2013.

LDO is the major retail and leisure element of Quintain’s 85-acre landmark
regeneration project that is transforming the land surrounding Wembley Stadium and
Arena. It will be the only designer outlet within the M25 and will be the nearest outlet
centre for 5.8 million people.
