Heating bills


Hi all,

First of all I would like to apologise for posting this as its such a repetitive post
But… Have you received your “new” heating bill with the adjustments they were going to make? I’m a bit concerned as I have not received anything since we last heard that they had made a mistake an would send us a new bill within 10 working days. Have I missed anything? If not, this situation is getting absolutely absurd!
