When I moved quadrant court about year ago the brent council parking team informed me that quadrant court residents can not apply for event day permit

I’m not David but to answer your question I don’t think it’s possible for residents as we live in an excluded zone.

I did phone to parking team and they said quadrant court and forum house are coming under car free zone so we can not get event day permit or any other permit to park car in the street
