Why is there a satellite dish on top of the roof? It’s quite big and not very nice to look at. Is this new? I thought we weren’t allowed to put these up or is this a quadrant court satellite for everyone to use?

This is a communal dish for the new SKY TV service that we will be getting sometime next month afaik.
