Rogue Sikh guy on phone

Ive seen this guy spending quality time on his mobile in the foyer area. No big deal there right? but more recently ive seen him laying flat out horizontal in obscure places. Take the other day for instance, he was laying down with one leg bent just outside the lift door at the top of the stairs with his back against the glass. I dont have a issue with him using that area to make calls, but it does bother me that my guests have to see this kind of behavior. On a couple of occasions I’ve seen him flat out on the brown benches at the bottom of the stairs. Either this guy is sick in love or just doesnt get reception in his apartment *perplexed*
