Has anyone . . .had the same problem as I have when dealing with Family Mosaic to arrange for an underfloor heating repair. As a leaseholder I pay for repairs where possible but as the heating is communal I don’t have access to that area. Mears can never seem to find my details because they don’t deal with leaseholders only tenants and Family Mosaic customer services are unhelpful because it’s a repair.
