Bin Offence

20120401-225058.jpg

Worst bin offence I’ve seen in a long time. A heap of wood topped with the base of a birthday cake thrown for other residents to see. Residents who live on the bottom floor, have a lovely view of this heap, how considerate. Can LRM please review any footage available to find those responsible.

Do all residents know how to get rid of wood and stuff that doesn’t fit down the Envac shoots?

Should we ask for a skip in the basement for such large items?

Should parents be sending their children to do the trash?

Has anyone else noticed the blackened floor around the bins caused by rotten food?

  • You should see the pile of crap out there today (Easter Monday) ont he one’s nearest the entrance to the foyer!
This set of bins is visible on the cameras, so hopefully the concierge will make a note of who it was and take action accordingly. It should be no problme to do this because remember recieving a petulant letter a few months back for not folding cardboard properly at the bins, so it’s a dead cert that they do watch us!

  • I’ve seen it, was the same way last week as well. Genesis need to work with Envac to raise awareness of how to manage waste, some residents can’t seem to get a grasp of the vacuum waste system.
