Has anyone got a heating and hot water bill yet? I have called PCHA on a number of occasions and they seem quite dismissive of the whole situation! I called Environenergy and they were very helpful, however they have told me they can’t raise a bill for my property because PCHA and Family Mosaic haven’t quite decided who is responsible for my bill?? This is a joke! Surely all they have to do is read a meter then send to the billing agent. I have been here a year and they still can’t sort this out! I was told when I moved in that this property had no gas and everything was electric. While they are twiddling their thumbs my bill is surely getting larger.
