I was passing by Lake Side Way close to the corner with Empire Way when someone threw a cigarrete but right in front of me just a few cm from my head. As I was on the phone resolving a very important issues I could not see from which balcony the cigarret came from or say anything but I felt a big dissapointed with our neighbours, as this is unaceptable behaviour, people have no respect at all. And another issue is, close to Lake Side Way on garage entrance there are always bags of rubish on the pavement, what makes me believe that comes from some residents.
These attitudes just make me feel so frustated and I would appreciate if any action could be taken to avoid all this disrespect with other people.
A post about dropping bags of rubbish from balconies added a few months ago can be found below, and it includes how we all may be effected by this behaviour. Maybe we need to run another residents campaign by putting a letter in all the mail boxes with a list of current issues. Happy to do this if we can get a group of volunteers to help print and post them.

Hi David,
I am up for it. No problems I wll help with the post and print if you need. Is about the time this to be put on stop.
Enough is enough.
Hi Cris,
I’ll add you to the distribution list and send an email asking for volunteers interested in helping. If we can organise the large majority of residents who have a similar view and levarge this against the minority offenders we can influence change and turn this place around.
Speak soon.
Re:cigarrete
That’s nothing! I was taking my rubbish out this week and a resident flicked their cigarrete into the court yard, which just missed my face. Itsnot the first time. I have been sitting on my balcony and the same resident has flick their cigarrete into the bushes. Surly thus is a fire hazard? I am an occasional smoker and I have an ashtray. I have found cigarrete butts, condoms, children’s toys, clothes, Christmas decorations etc etc on my balcony in the past year.
