Does any one noticed as cleaner not clean the our building including lift?
First think, from November 2010 to February 2011, cleaner was disapear
Until 18/3/2011 i noticed is only one time cleaner does the clean the area, all the time he is on mobile phone and management don’t do any thing
Managment job is to give order to resident what to do and what not to do?
Every week managment issue some notice for residential to not to do.
Who is employee resident or managment?
Who pay the wages to managment and to cleaner? we pay in our service charge.
We should stop to pay service charge or atleast reduce to breach they/managemnt own agreement.
