It’s the defects period check (or whatever you call it).
Had my place checked today, I wanted to try my hand at asking if anyone else has had any defects in their apartments. The good thing about sharing this, is if you or I have overlooked a common defect that effects all apartments then it would be good to know.
Mine are as follows (if I have missed a few please add to the list, it would be good to know of any common defects)?
1. Stiff front door
2. In kitchen area some spot lights under cupboards tend to fall out, and regularly need pushing back in.
3. Bathroom pop up plug doesn’t pop up anymore.
I have a stiff door too, that’s about it.
A few minor cracks in the wall, nothing major.
