OMG!
Has anyone else spotted this obscure sketch of none other than Olly, our very own building manager? Who is responsible for this? The North East Core seems to be Quadrant Courts answer to a portrait gallery, as there was previously another sketch of Olly, which I was unable to take a picture of, as it has since been removed.
I have a feeling that some of our younger residents may be in need of sketch pads, hopefully they’ll get some for Christmas (if we’re lucky!!!)
I have seen it, I think all north east core residents have. The one that did this must be very naughty boy, I hope we can paint over this soon.

I don’t find it funny at all. This is criminal damage. The perpetrator should be found and made to pay for removal. This is disgusting. What’s next? Breaking windows, making holes in walls, dumping garbage in hallways?
I’m at my most serious when I say that more residents should reply to this post to show that they care. If we can get enough responses, it will reflect the right message across to the minority who ruin it for the rest of us. And yes, whoever committed this offence should pay for the cost of it’s removal. We do not like this kind of behaviour around here, Olly must know who did this.
Not seen this before, because I don’t live in that core, but it’s safe to say, Quadrant Court will start to loose residents, over this. How long has it been there for?
If I knew who did it, the parents would have scrubbed it off the wall by now. For the punishment, this should simply come out of the parents income.
