Cleaning and Rubbish Disposal

Dear Resident,

I would like to take this opportunity to remind you of the following:

For health and safety of all residents, smoking and spitting are prohibited in the lifts and all communal areas of Quadrant Court.

Residents are not to cause an obstruction to any area of the building leaving rubbish or personal belongings in the communal areas in the immediate vicinity of Quadrant Court.

Rubbish or personal belongings need to be dispose of in the correct manner via the Envac System.
